When to bring us in / 05 Change Review

Put the change against the accepted record.

A change-review handoff would be organized around the instruction, the accepted scope, and the project team's disposition.

How a change review would be framed. The brief would be built around one decision, with the documents that control it set side by side and handed to the person who owns the call. This stage sits in our direction, not in what we scope today. The Company page describes where it is headed.
