By accessing or using ChangeGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ChangeGuard provides a construction document analysis service that identifies scope gaps, trade conflicts, and contractual ambiguities in uploaded construction documents.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You may only upload documents you have the legal right to share and analyze.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload confidential information belonging to others without authorization.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@changeguardsoftware.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Data and Privacy

Your uploaded documents are processed to generate scope gap analysis reports. Documents are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CHANGEGUARD DOES NOT warrant error-free or complete service. Analysis reports are automatically generated and should be reviewed by qualified construction professionals before acting on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANGEGUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and interface, is owned by ChangeGuard. Reports generated from your documents belong to you. You retain all rights to your uploaded documents.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
