• Account information: Email address, name (optional), and password (stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we never store your plaintext password).
• Uploaded documents: Construction drawings, contracts, and scope sheets you submit for analysis. These are stored temporarily on our servers.
• Project metadata: Project name, file sizes, analysis timestamps, and results.
• Usage data: Server logs, IP addresses, and browser information for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and provide the Service.
• To analyze your uploaded documents and generate scope gap reports.
• To send you email notifications when your report is ready (if you provide an email).
• To improve the reliability and performance of the Service.

4. Third-Party Processing

We do not use your documents to train models. Documents are transmitted to our processing partners solely to perform the analysis you requested.

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded documents and generated reports are automatically deleted after 30 days. Enterprise tier subscribers may negotiate custom retention periods.
• Account information is retained until you delete your account.
• Job metadata (project name, status, timestamps) is retained for account history purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or uploaded documents with third parties except:

• Third-party analysis providers (as described above)
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers (under data processing agreements)
• When required by law or court order

7. Cookies and Sessions

We use a signed session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains only your user ID and is cryptographically signed — it cannot be forged. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your report data (CSV or PDF)
• Object to processing (where applicable)

9. Security

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
