Fit before terms
Pricing follows fit and written scope.
ChangeGuard does not publish a price or represent an engagement as available before a fit conversation and internal approval. If a conversation advances, availability and every commercial term are confirmed in writing.
Approved offers
Focused Engagement
A bounded review of one accepted document set, tied to one named decision moment, delivering an agreed list of named work products with a stated change allowance.
| Proposal field | What would be confirmed |
|---|---|
| Decision | The bid, award, buyout, or change question the review supports. |
| Accepted document set | The included drawings, specifications, contracts, trade scopes, and addenda. |
| Review boundary | Trades, interfaces, requirement families, and material exclusions. |
| Named work products | The agreed review record, draft clarifications, exports, or other stated delivery. |
| Change allowance | Any included revision or addenda cycle and what would require a new scope. |
| Deadline | The target milestone and delivery date confirmed in the proposal. |
No terms by implication
A written proposal would state fee, payment terms, document-transfer path, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, change allowance, delivery format, timing, and acceptance criteria.
