ChangeGuard works on one problem: the number gets committed while the requirements behind it sit in different documents. We start every conversation with the decision, the deadline, and the documents in hand, put the set we will review and the terms in writing before any work starts, and leave the call with the person who owns it.
Our direction
The long-term direction is a control layer for the documents behind the number: a disciplined way to keep a construction decision tied to the drawings, specifications, and contracts that support it. That direction is not presented as a current product promise.
